Attached is two of Ted's arrangements of this Christmas song: one written in 1990, the other in 1992.  They are almost identical.  I used the 1992 version to make a compilation of Ted' chord grid diagrams with music notation and lyrics.  The song has 3 additional verses that you can get from any Christmas music book or on the Internet.
This is a fairly easy chord-melody arrangement to play and pretty self-explanatory.  Ted wrote, "Solo Guitar format. Intermediate Level."  He wrote only the root names of the chords; I added the chord qualities in red ink.
